About

Timely Manor is a games project, one of quite a few being developed as part of the Games and Interactivity and Computer Science course at Swinburne University, with composers from Melbourne Polytechnic. Teams are given one year to develop a pc game to present at PAX.


What is this game?

Timely Manor is a 3D puzzle walking simulator mystery, where events of the past hold the key to the future, and your investigation. You play as a detective trapped in an abandoned manor house with a strange antique watch in hand. Jump between the past and future to uncover the secrets this old mansion keeps. Figure out the fate of the five missing teens you were hired to investigate. Leave no stone unturned as you interact with the environment, piece together information, and solve puzzles - all in your own timely manner.


Controls

- WASD for movement

- Mouse controls camera (default cursor is detective hand)

- Q for time traveling

- Tab for opening & closing Journal

- E to interact with object

- H to toggle controls

- Left click to interact with clues (cursor changes to magnifying glass)

Install instructions

Zip file contains executable for Game (Unity Build)

This current build is for PC only (not Mac or Linux  - feel free to request though)

Latest Build is from 04-11-22 (Release Build)

Previous builds are also available to download but you only need the latest zip file to try out our game.
